Angel Grooms

Angel McLean Grooms, 43, of St. Pauls died July 14, 2021. She was born July 6, 1978 in Robeson County to James McLean and the late Linda Mae Britt.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her children; Kelsey Stephenson, Bri Stephenson (Linda), Queston Sutton, all of St. Pauls and Alexis McLean of Raeford; grandchildren; Lilith Childress, Kendrick Stephenson, Ithyn Stephenson, Cole Stephenson, and Koen Stephenson; and her special aunt, Henrietta Lee.

She was a great cook, loved the color purple and her family, especially her grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, July 21, 2021, from 11 am – 12 noon at McNeill Mackie Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 12 noon at McNeill Mackie Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
