Betty Furmage

Betty Blue Furmage, 82, of St. Pauls, died Monday December 28, 2015 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. Born in South Carolina November 2, 1933 to the late Archie Blue and Claudia Snipes Tyner, she was employed by First Union Bank in St. Pauls. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday January 2, 2016 at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church of St. Pauls, with Pastor Kris Furmage, Reverend Gail Dickens and Reverend Pat Hash officiating. A Visitation will be held Friday January 1, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 PM at McNeill Mackie Funeral Home of St. Pauls. Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Furmage; son, Dan Furmage and his wife Elise; grandsons, Kris and Marcus Furmage; granddaughter, Olivia Stone; and 4 great grandchildren.
