Billy Lloyd Grimsley, 81, of Tolarsville passed away May 24, 2017. He was born and raised in Bladen County by the late Cornie Oakley (C.O.) and Sallie Mae Cox Grimsley. A life-long resident of Tolarsville, he was employed as a construction superintendent for many years and enjoyed farming as well. He leaves his wife of 63 years, Viola Graham Grimsley of the home; 4 sons, Gilbert Grimsley and his wife Sue of Hope Mills, Willie Grimsley of the home, Jimmy Grimsley and Sue Whitt of Bladen County, and Cary Neil and wife Wendy of St. Pauls; 2 daughters, Billie Sue McDonald and her husband Steve of Rockfish and Frankie Elizabeth Tart of Tolarsville; 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandson.
