Mary Crenshaw

Mary Ann "Nannie"  Crenshaw, 96, of Rex, NC died Wednesday May 28, 2014 in Glen Flora in Lumberton. She was born in Hoke County June 22, 1917 to the late Archibald Daniel and Martha Tyson Currie. A homemaker, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Brown Crenshaw. She is survived by daughters, Janet Crenshaw Booth and her husband Sam and Gale Crenshaw Hickman; grandchildren, Ann Marie Booth Ivey and Jammie Hickman Herring and her companion Michael Gavin Cox; great grandchildren, Samanatha Ivey Turbeville and her husband Ellis, William Chandler Herring, Abigail Taylor Herring and Michael Jayden Cox. Funeral services will be Saturday May 31, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Rex Presbyterian Church, Rex, NC, with Pastor Bebe Briggs officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. A visitation is scheduled from 10:00-11:00 AM, one hour prior to the service in the church Fellowship Hall. Arrangements by McNeill Mackie Funeral Home of St. Pauls.
