My deepest sympathy to the family of Mr. Bill. I have known him since I was a little girl while growing up in St. Pauls. He was a wonderful person with such a great personality. I can remember seeing him at Joe Sugar's while shopping. He will be greatly missed. RIP Mr. Bill

I met Mr Parker when I worked at the telephone company in St Pauls. He was always smiling and nice. I would see him at different places in St Pauls. He will be missed. I call him the face of St Pauls. God bless each family member. Lessie
