Billy Eugene Hicks, 66, of Laurinburg, North Carolina died 12/23/2010 at his residence. He was born in Robeson County, North Carolina June 10, 1944 to the late Donnie H. and Magdalene English Hicks. He was a US Air Force veteran and a truck driver. He is survived by a sister, Margie Watkins and a brother, Thomas Hicks. The family will conduct a private memorial service at a later date. Arrangements by McNeill Mackie Funeral Home, St. Pauls, NC.
