Ms. Dana Richelle Parker, 40, of St. Pauls, North Carolina, departed this life on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Southeastern UNC Health in Lumberton.

Born on December 20, 1985, in Robeson County, Dana was the daughter of the late David Earl Parker and the late Pamela Kay Green Parker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Julian and Tessie R. Parker; her maternal grandparents, Daniel G. Sr. and Nellie Green; her aunts, Helen Pearce and Carolyn Soto and her special cat, Tarheel.

She leaves to cherish her memory her uncles, Daniel G. Green Jr. (Betty), James Marion Green (Ruth), and James Parker (Donna); her aunts, Mary Elizabeth “Libby” Green Taylor and Joyce Hinson (Floyd); her dear friend/sister, Amber Malone; along with numerous cousins, other relatives, and friends who will forever treasure her memory.

A memorial service will be held Friday May 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the McNeill-Legacy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Angela Ivey officiating.
