Dennis Hoyt Ivey

Dennis Hoyt Ivey, age 84, of Lumber Bridge, North Carolina was born, November 20, 1938 in Robeson Co., to the late Raymond Melton Ivey and Mary Belle Thomas Ivey and departed this life, May 10, 2023 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.

In addition to his parents, Dennis is preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters.

Dennis leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Maxine Thompson Ivey of the home; one son, Michael Hoyt Ivey and wife, Audrey of Lumber Bridge; three grandchildren, Cameron Ivey of Fort Bragg, Peyton Ivey and Malachi Ivey both of Lumber Bridge and a host of other relatives and friends.

Dennis was a founding member of the Lumber Bridge Fire Department.
