Frances Kay Billingsley

Frances Kay Billingsley, age 79, of St. Pauls, was born October 29, 1946, in Robeson County to the late Henry Britt and Evelyn Walters. She departed this life on December 18, 2025, at her residence.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Evelyn.

Frances leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Alvin Billingsley; one son, Alvin “Butch” Billingsley, Jr. and wife, Carla; one daughter, Amy Peterson and husband, Chris; one sister, Judy Ramirez and husband, Jose; four grandchildren, Ashley, Kayla, Aaron, and Amanda; three great-grandchildren, Miles, Ava, and Cooper; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Frances retired from the State of North Carolina as a Driver’s License Examiner, proudly becoming the first woman to hold this position; she was also a licensed Real Estate agent for many years. Frances enjoyed her morning trips to Hardee’s, reading Stephen King novels, playing the piano, and watching her grandchildren.
