Gary “Marvin” Bentley, Jr., 78, of St. Pauls, NC, passed away on March 22, 2026.

Marvin was born on April 13, 1947, to the late Gary Bentley, Sr. and Evelyn Langley Bentley. He proudly served as a Vietnam Veteran and worked as a mechanic with the National Guard.

Marvin enjoyed farming, baling hay, and spending time outdoors—especially sitting and talking with his buddy Gene. He loved his family deeply and cherished the time he spent with them.

Marvin is now with his son, Jamie and his parents. 

He is survived by his devoted wife of 54 years, Judy Bentley; two daughters, Evelyn (Tony) and Christy (Ran); and three grandchildren, Madison, Riley, and Bryson and a host of other relatives and friends.
