James Nelson McNeill

James Nelson McNeill, age 70 of St. Pauls was born January 23, 1953 in Scotland Co., North Carolina to the late Neal Graham McNeill and Thelma Lois Edge McNeill and departed this life to his eternal home on October 30, 2023 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital – Richmond in Rockingham.

James leaves to cherish his memories and mourn his passing, two brothers, Neil Graham McNeill and John Howard McNeill and wife, Marilyn all of St. Pauls; three nephews, James Edward McNeill, Neil G. McNeill both of Tampa, Florida and John Nash McNeill of St. Pauls.

James was a man of many talents, he loved beautiful flowers and enjoyed growing them, he was also gifted at making floral arrangements and wreaths.  He loved dogs and gave many a good home over the years. Jim had a generous heart and will be missed by his family and friends.
