James Franklin “Frank” Taylor, 81, of St. Pauls, North Carolina passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on November 30, 2025.
He was born in St. Pauls to the late Lonnie and Minnie Taylor on August 10, 1944. Frank graduated from St. Pauls High School and was a devoted Pipe Foreman for Broadwell Construction of Fayetteville. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoyed traveling and making memories with his family and friends.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Brenda Taylor, of the home, his daughter, Kaye Burns (Andy) and son Lonnie Taylor (Rachael) both of St. Pauls. He leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Greyson Burns (Amanda), Dillon Burns (Meygen), Zach Taylor (Shannon), Jackson Burns (Sarah), Jordan Taylor (Anna), Haleigh Easter and four precious great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings, Robert Taylor (Sonja), Jean Polston (C.W.) and Nancy Taylor.
The family would like to extend heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Liberty Homecare and Hospice for their compassionate care as well as a thank you to our church family, extended family and friends.
