Jason Ward

Jason Kenneth "Shorty, Jr." Ward, 32, died Sunday October 14, 2012 in Hoke County, North Carolina. A native of Cumberland County, he was born March 10, 1980 to Barbara Parnell Ward and the late Donald K. "Shorty" Ward. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Ward; children, Paige Morgan Ward, Jason Kenneth Ward, Jr., Tyler Murry Ward, and Jordan Anthony Ward; financee, Mary A. Tousignant; brothers, Donald K. Ward, Jr. and his wife, Chrissie; sisters, Sharon Zimbelman and her husband Hugh, Donna K. Jones, Sandy Sundoov and her husband Brian; and many aunts, uncles and a host of friends. Funeral Services are scheduled for Friday October 19, 2012 at 1:00 PM in the McNeill Mackie Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday October 18, 2012 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Arrangements by McNeill Mackie Funeral Home.
