Joyce Joann McKeithan, 81, of St. Pauls, North Carolina died Tuesday 2/21/2012 at Hospice of Scotland County, Laurinberg. A memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 AM Thursday 2/23/2012 at Great Marsh Baptist Church, St. Pauls, with the Rev. Don Goforth officiating. She was born in Eureka, Kansas on July 12, 1930, a daughter of the late Glen and Eva Mathas Bair. A homemaker, she attended Great Marsh Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Milton McKeithan; daughters, Peggy Rogers, Sheryl Blackburn, Dawn Locklear, and Mary Bair; sons, Mitchell Beall, Albert Beall and Andrew Blackburn; brother, Glen Bair; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
