Kay Gardner

Kay Marlene Gardner, 76, of St. Pauls, North Carolina died Sunday October 6, 2013 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born May 7, 1937 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to the late Norman and Lavola Owen Mabe. She was a homemaker and good friend. The family will conduct services at a later date. She is survived by her husband, Bill G. Gardner; sons, Trent Dorothy and Kirk Dorothy; daughter, Connie Brown; brothers, Tom Mabe and Lyle Owen; sister, Norma Jean Eslick; 12 grandchildren in Iowa; step-sons, Bill Gardner, Jr. and David Gardner; step-daughters, Jill Jones and Denise Jackson; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren in North Carolina. Arrangements by McNeill Mackie Funeral Home, St. Pauls.
