Kay Dickerson Mayton
Ms. Kay Dickerson Mayton, 73 of St. Pauls, North Carolina was born September 22, 1948 in Ipswich, England to the late Mr. Claude Dickerson and Mrs. Catherine Catlin Dickerson and departed this life, March 17, 2022 at Cumberland Rehabilitation Center in Fayetteville.
Ms. Mayton is survived by her daughters, Lynn Sessoms and Lorie McDonald and husband Derrick all of St. Pauls; six grandchildren, Shane Blanks, Christian Dunn, Ambria Hunt, Collin Dunn, Bryce McDonald and Addison McDonald; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

I'm Sure Miss Mommy Kay as we called her at The Minuteman Food Mart. She would make us laugh all the time. I'm sure miss eating them Little Debbie Donuts with her. Rest Easy Mommy Kay tell we see you again. Love & Miss You Alot

Kay was such a brave lady. I miss her smile, her laughter and her love of all things British. She touched the lives of many with her generous spirit and her kindness. Her presence is missed by all who knew and loved her. Rest in Peace my friend

I remember first starting at Minutemen foodmart 3 years ago Mama Kay was the most Amazing woman out there she could brighten up a room with her smile and laughter, she was caring & loving she would make sure to let you know that you were loved i'm gonna miss her smile her laugh her presence and her good heart. I'm gonna miss how she would say my name with her amazing accent she brought happiness everywhere she went i'm gonna miss you so much Mama Kay I love you Rest In Heaven Beautiful
