Michael L Smith

Michael Lowell Smith, 50, of St. Pauls, NC was born October 10, 1972 in Bellefontaine, OH to the late Stanley Lowell Smith and Hazel Kathy Ellenburg Smith and departed this life unexpectantly on December 8, 2022 at UNC Southeastern in Lumberton, NC.

In addition to his father, Michael is preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Smith.

Michael leaves to cherish his memories, one son, Melvin Cody Griffith of Roundhead, OH; one daughter, Logan E. Smith of Bellefontaine, OH; one brother, John Smith of Arkansas; three sisters, Sherrie Allen of Quincey, OH, Cathy Jo Shields of Bellefontine, OH, and Jennifer Snyder of Kenton, OH; grandchildren, Lila, Kam, Izaak and Jacob; a special nephew, Jeremy Thompson and family of St. Pauls and a host of other relatives and friends.

Michael worked as an Auto Mechanic at Walmart in Lumberton.
