Perlene Sealey Britt

Perlene Sealey Britt, 87, of St. Pauls Went to be with her Heavenly Father on October 1, 2022.  She was born on March 22, 1935 to the late Katie Phillips Wilcox and Paul Clark.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her stepdad Robert Wilcox and her husband Alfred Britt; a daughter Lynda Walters; a grandson Jamie Bentley;  three sisters Earnestine Woodard, Rudy Berry, and Virginia Smith; two brothers Albert Sealey and Robert Sealey;  two son in law Charles Register and Curtis Olson.

She leaves to cherish her memories, 5 daughters Peggy Register, Kaye Olson, Judy Bentley (Marvin), Susan Bass (Robbie) and Jeanna Britt all of St. Pauls; a Son in law Marion (Butch) Walters;  13 grandchildren, Tony Walters, Melynda Musselwhite, Sherry Murray, Becky Register, Renae Townsend, Amy Barefoot, Mechelle Olson, William Olson, Phillip Olson, Evelyn Odom, Christy Bentley, Levi Bass and Skyler Register; 22 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren; one sister Barbara Lindsay, along with a host of other family and friends. We can’t leave out her fur baby Ally and a special “son” Gary Nance. 

Ms. Perlene was a member of Friendship Baptist Church for many years. She also worked at Burlington industries Close to 40 years. Her main concern was her family, she wanted them all to live for the Lord, get saved so we can all meet again one day in the presence of the Lord.
