Randy Bullard

Randy Bullard, 60, of Evergreen, NC, passed away peacefully at home on July 31, 2026, surrounded by his family. He was born in Robeson County on September 30, 1965, to the late Winford and Brenda Lee Britt Bullard.

Randy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be remembered for his playful spirit, quick wit, and the joy he brought to those around him. A true jokester, Randy had a way of making people laugh and creating special memories with his loved ones. He adored his family and treasured the time he spent with them.

Randy enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, including watching NASCAR, skipping rocks, and admiring trains. His passions reflected his curious nature and his appreciation for the world around him.

He is survived by his devoted spouse, Lisa Bullard; his children, Martin Autry Bullard, James Malachi Locklear (Frances), Haydan N. Dial (Trevon) and Justin Little (Sarah); his sisters, Lisa Burchette (Timothy), Wanda Bullard, and Veronica Britt (Mike); and his beloved grandchildren, Haylah Sage Bullard, Demont Jhyre Cheatham, and Gracelynn Sharae Locklear.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Winford and Brenda Lee Britt Bullard; and his two daughters, Wynita Randie Bullard and Synita Brandie Bullard.

Randy’s memory will live on through the countless lives he touched, the laughter he shared, and the love he gave so freely. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest peacefully.
