Robert "Bobby" Monroe, Jr.

Robert “Bobby” Dixon Monroe, Jr., 62, of Lumber Bridge died Sunday April 7, 2019. He was born in Cumberland County on June 26, 1956 to the late Robert Dixon and Lessie Malloy Monroe. He was employed with Steven Roberts Bakery. He is survived by his sister, Dixie Lee Lewis; nephews, JQ Lewis, Preston Lewis, and Andrew Lewis. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday April 9, 2019 at McNeill Mackie Funeral Home of St. Pauls. A graveside funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday April 10, 2019 at 10:00 am at Rex Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 1243 Rex Road, Rex, NC 28378, with Pastor Bebe Briggs officiating.
