Shirley May Locklear, 75, of St. Pauls, North Carolina died Tuesday March 1, 2016 at Woodhaven Nursing Center, Lumberton, NC. She was born in Robeson County April 3, 1940 to the late Lofton and Rosie Budd Jones Locklear. A loving homemaker, she is survived by her sons Paul Watson, Herman Locklear and Samuel Watson. A visitation is scheduled for Saturday March 5, 2016 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM in McNeill Mackie Funeral Home Chapel, St. Pauls, NC.
