Thomas Paul, age 76, of Fayetteville, formerly of Oak Island, passed away peacefully on May 20, 2025, at Terra Bella in Fayetteville. He was born on May 7, 1949, in Washington, D.C., to the late Edward and Mildred Paul.

In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 50 years, Sharon Paul and two brothers, Patrick S. Paul and Christopher F. Paul.

Thomas is lovingly remembered by his sisters, Connie Greendoner of Hockessin, Delaware, and Kathy Hickey and her husband, Jim, of Baltimore, Maryland, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

A proud veteran, Thomas served his country with honor as a Chief Warrant Officer 4 (CW4) Helicopter Pilot in the United States Army. He and Sharon traveled extensively during his military career, embracing each new location and experience. After retiring from nearly 30 years of dedicated service, they made their home in Oak Island, where they spent over three decades.

Together, Thomas and Sharon founded and operated The Paul Team Realty Group in Oak Island for 19 years, building a respected and successful business that served their community with care and integrity.

Thomas will be remembered for his devotion to family, service to country, and the deep bond he shared with Sharon. His legacy of strength, kindness, and commitment will continue to inspire those who knew and loved him.
