Tristan Santiago

Tristan John Santiago, 2 months 6 days old, died October 9, 2014 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday October 15, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Benson Chapel Baptist Church, 270 Benson Chapel Road, Rowland, NC 28383, with the Reverend Johnny Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. A visitation is scheduled for 2 hours prior to the service, from 1:00-3:00 PM. Tristan is survived by his parents, Stephanie Lewis and Steven Santiago; brother, Steven Luke Santiago;  sister, Azalyn Santiago; grandparents, Chris and Patricia Morrill, Robert Lewis, Carol Anders, and Jose Santiago; and a host of relatives and friends.  The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Benson Chapel Baptist Church, in lieu of flowers. When ordering floral arrangements specify for the florist to have them delivered by 10:00 AM Wednesday October 15, 2014, at the very latest.
