Wayne Douglas Motte, age 65 of Parkton, NC was born in Wilmington, NC on November 4, 1956 to the late George David Motte and Blanche Bernice Jacobs Motte and he departed this life, Saturday, April 9, 2022.

In addition to his parents, Wayne is preceded in death by two infant children, Mary Motte and Wayne Motte, Jr.

Wayne leaves to cherish his memories, his wife (seperated) Crystal Bell Motte of Lumberton; two sons, Christopher Wayne Motte of McLeonsville and Joshua DeWayne Motte of Kansas; three daughters, Jessica Leigh Motte of the home, Jacqueline Michelle Motte of Fayetteville and Brittany Nicole Motte of Lumberton; two granchildren, Jaydan and Bryson; a special friend, Patti Clark and a host of other relatives and friends.

Wayne was a avid golfer, he also loved spending time outdoors fishing, shooting guns and working on vehicles;  He was a active member of the church community and loved teaching Sunday School, singing in the choir and preaching the Word of God to anyone and everyone; he touch many lives with his kindness, genorosity and Joyful Spirit.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 1:00pm at the Arron Lake Baptist Church in Fayetteville.
