Wilbur Elwin Olson, Jr., 80, of Lumberton, North Carolina, died Saturday February 6, 2016 at Glen Flora Assisted Living Facility. He was born March 13, 1935 in Kewanee, Illinois to the late Wilbur Elwin and Virginia Sovereign Olson, Sr. He spent his life in education, serving as a college professor for many years. He is survived by his brother, William G. Olson of Troy, MI. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Friday February 19, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Glen Flora Assisted Living Facility, 5701 Fayetteville Road, Lumberton, NC 28360.
