William Clayton (Bill) Townsend, 85, of St. Pauls, died Tuesday, May 19, 2020. He was born in Robeson County, NC on September 7, 1934, to the late Rembert Hall Townsend and Julia Hardin. He is survived by his wife, Betty. Funeral services are incomplete at this time. Arrangements by McNeill Mackie Funeral Home of St. Pauls.
