Zilla Willoughby Brown, 95 of Parkton, NC was born October 16, 1926 in Robeson Co. to the late Grady and Gussie Willoughby and departed this life, Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Harborview Nursing Center in Lumberton surrounded by her loving family.
In addition to her parents, Zilla is preceded in death by her husband, James Brown; a son, Charles Allen Brown; a daughter, Patricia Johnson; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a daughter in law and a son inlaw; Zilla was the last living sibling of ten children.
Zilla is survived by one son, James Robert Brown of Parkton; two daughters, Mary Sue Ford and Betty Brown Lucas (Gary) all of Parkton; one sister inlaw; Mildred Willoughby of Lumberton; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
